So now you understand the various things that can go wrong in your sex life. The question, of course, is, What can be done about this? When the specter of heart disease is added to this picture, things get even more complex. Improving your sex life therefore necessarily involves problem solving on multiple levels.
In organizing your efforts to enhance your sexual relating, it is helpful to understand and discuss your own and your partner's sexual responsivity from the following vantage points: biology, behavior, emotions, sexual beliefs, relationship styles, personality dynamics, and sensory experiences.
